IX. Order Processing and Delivery
Your order will be processed between 1 to 5 business days (except otherwise expressed on item description). If for any reason, there is a delay in processing your order we will notify you as soon as we know of the reasons of said delay. You will have the option to cancel your order as stated below.
Your items will be delivered in accordance to the terms of service of the postal service available for your order. In some cases, you will be able to track the delivery of your order at the postal service’s website. We cannot be responsible for the delays in the expected date of delivery of your order.
X. Cancellation Policy

XII. Refunds
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your order, within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund of the merchandise cost, using the same payment method (except otherwise expressed on item description). The merchandise must be received in good condition, with tags and original packaging. The customer will pay the shipping and processing fees related to the return. We do not offer refunds for shipping and handling charges.

We cannot accept returns on seasonal, final-sale merchandise or items that have been purchased as an exchange. We do not give price adjustments on previously purchased items.

XVI. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under this Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, Political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man-made eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of this agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavors to comply with the terms and conditions of the Agreement contained herein.
XVII. Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by and will be construed in accordance to the applicable law and case law interpretations of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. By making a purchase using this site, you are expressly agreeing that any claims arising from the interpretation or on behalf of this agreement, will be tried and heard exclusively at the First Instance Court of Justice, Superior Court of Bayamón, Puerto Rico.
